I advocate a Paleolithic (popularly known as “Paleo” or “Primal”) approach to diet. In a nutshell, it would be defined as eating the way human beings had been eating for the first 80% of their existence. The rationale is that we are eating what our bodies have been designed to eat over the last 200,000 years. The aesthetic benefit to this is that you’ll start to get lean very quickly but the true benefit lies in how you will feel and perform. ENTREES:

It is RIDICULOUS how easy this is! The entire thing, from start to finish took 30 minutes. That’s pretty impressive considering that I clocked my start time when I got up off of the couch without any prior preparation. Heck I even had to get the ingredients out of the cupboards!

No potatoes or sissy little carrots here. If you’re trying to keep your carb intake low, this would be the stew for you.
