Welcome to Primal Health and Training. My name is Khalid Kohgadai.
I created this website to help you unleash the real human that lies within you; the one that’s been suppressed from sitting at a desk all day. After a long day, you might “go to the gym” where you stare at a television screen while doing “cardio” then sit in a few resistance machines pushing and pulling various handles. Maybe you’ve got a trainer and he/she has you do some fun stuff on an inflated ball. Then you go home and have dinner; a dinner that’s very far from what humans had eaten for the majority of their existence before certain technological “advances.”
Well I’d like to share my philosophy on fitness with you. My philosophy is that aesthetics is a product of functionality. In other words, if you train to make yourself a better functioning human who will live long and pain free, you will “look the part.” (please see Methodology to learn more.)
I apply this philosophy to my personal life and also to the people I work with as a personal trainer and strength coach.
